Just a heads up

The time has come for another change! Porter and I will be home on July 4th and Phillip will follow at the end of July. We are off to school in the fall (more details to come on that) but get to enjoy a month of fun with family and friends before we go back to the grind stone.

Can't wait to see you all!!!

O did I mention...

IT'S A BOY! And that is just what we ordered, so all is well at the Wulf's house. This little guys was extremely cooperative and was happy to show us what he's got. Probably a good thing, I don't think Phillip could have handled the thought of having a girl even a minute while the tech looked around. :)

Most importantly baby looks good and healthy.

Happy Birthday

On to the terrible 2's... Is it normal to switch into those overnight? My sweet baby is now a big boy with a BIG attitude. O well, this too shall pass and in the mean time at least he is still ridiculously good looking!

Happy Birthday Porter!

The rumors are TRUE! We are pregnant and expecting baby #2 on November 12th. (Not a day later, that is my policy)

Spring Update

It has been a busy month since Spring has FiNAlLY come! Porter is completely in love with "outside" and has learned that the best way to play is dirty. The picture below is how we usually start our play ground trips and then...

Some how this is always how we go home. *sigh* O well, good thing dirt is a boy's best friend cause he finds it everywhere. Along with spring came the rain but Porter still finds a way to enjoy himself in the bad weather, lucky me.

We celebrated Easter and Porter was much more interested this year. We went to the ward egg hunt and he was walking around signing "candy" all morning. He was upset when he had to stop for pictures (silly mom)!

He definitely had an upper hand on the other kids because dad hunted with him and found all the hard to reach eggs. Lucky boy!

On Easter Sunday Porter hunted for his Easter basket and he was so excited about what the "rabbit" had brought. Yes, his mouth is full of candy and the giant bubble gun is amazing!
Here is the long version of him hunting for his bucket (I know it's a bit much but the grandparents are far away). All the furniture was everywhere because we had tables set up for the Easter lunch we had with friends. The lunch turned out great and as usual I forgot to take pictures of the "grownups". Opps...

Happy Spring everyone!

I'm not laughing...

April Fools is always good fun with laughs after being "got".

Well mother nature has taken it too far and I woke up to 5+ inches of new snow outside. Not funny, just cruel...

A taste...

We had a little taste of spring this last week and we are hooked! Thursday we took Porter to the park with friends and it was a big hit. He played on the smaller toys for a while and then noticed the "other" toys, the BIG toys. Of course he was curious and went to explore. Needless to say the big slides were much more satisfying and so he played on those till we left. He is convinced he is a big boy and must be treated as such.

This year vs. last year (much easier to keep tabs on him last year)

Ruby & Porter one year later, still pals.

Now that we have had a taste, we want SpRinG!!! Ironically I am writing this post after Phillip informed me it is supposed to snow a few inches tomorrow. Ahh Someday...

Spring where are you?

I have yet to post about my nemesis "The New England Winter"; probably because I've used all that time moving snow! (Ok who am I kidding, I shoveled once. The other 70+ inches Phillip moved.) But I thought I'd post some pictures to share what we've been enjoying here since January.

Our first storm about 1/2 way through.

Mid January after yet another storm...

Our front door that we don't use for obvious reasons.

Porter, like his mother, doesn't get why we hang out in the cold. He does not dig the snow.

But he hung on like a champion and no one was hurt in our sledding adventures.

Phillip didn't give up on him and took him out again, but the results were the same he just didn't love it. The beauty of this is now it is two against one on moving to Arizona, or anywhere it doesn't snow.

How'd a girl get so lucky?

You think you are the luckiest girl around when you have a strapping husband to treat you to a great Valentines Day; but it just gets better when you have a miniature to help. I love both my Valentines! (PS If Phillip knew I was posting this picture he wouldn't be too thrilled, so shhh...)

I haven't taken any today so these are from the ward party on Saturday where Porter ripped up the dance floor. Seriously my "too cool" for anything child got out there and gave quite the performance; surprise,
surprise.

HaPpY VaLEntInE's DAy everyone!!
